[Kst] NewDocs comments..

It seems as though Newdocs are coming into a usable form. I guess we should
merge them in soon (is there a 1.4.0 release date yet?).
The plugin documentation still hasn't been touched. Did you want to do that,
Adam? If not, I can do it.
