[Kst] kst not working on suse 10.1

Sorry, George.  I'm at a complete loss here.  I've searched with YAST and
SMART for anything with kde3-devel and come up with zilch.  Googling around
gives hits on a large (~20) number of problems with several distros on
finding and installing "KDE headers."  Following instructions in the kst
INSTALL file, kde-config --prefix gives /opt/kde3 and when I feed this to
./configure, I get the same error.  -Paul

You also need the kde3-devel or similar packages.
