[Kst] kde_widgetdir does not honour --prefix=

That's quite strange as I have installed numerous versions of kst into
non-standard directories without admin privileges, and never met that
problem. Have you first configured it without the --prefix option ? In
that case you might try to do a make distclean or something of the
kind...
