[Kst] New scripting hook

After adding the ability to execute scripts from the event monitor I realized 
that what the users requesting this functionality might actually want 
something slightly different: the ability to execute scripts after update 
cycles.  This isn't too complicated to insert and might be closer to what is 
really needed.  Does anyone see this as useful or perhaps the better way to 
allow users to hook into data based events?
