[Kst] multiple windows/tabs from command-line

Not from the command line.
You would have to build a session with the UI (eg, use the data wizard for
each tab).
But: once you have built the session, you can save it as a .kst file and
re-use it.
% kst fourtabs.kst
if you want to change the ascii data file you are reading you could
% kst -F newdatafile.dat fourtabs.kst
cbn
