[Kst] [Bug 128748] use of scalar in definition of static vectors

I would like to have a vector that has [someScalar] values from 1 to 
[someScalar].
I understand that you may need to put static vectors in the update loop
which maybe you would rather not. I can always use a KstScript 
triggered by an event
to change the parameters of the static vector.
