[Kst] Locking and freezes

Actually, I'm on vacation now but before I leave for good, I just wanted to
inform you that most freezes are gone after Duncan's fixes (tested yesterday).
The levenberg_marquardt plugin still freezes from time to time for some reason,
we'll have to investigate that more...
Another thing that happens is when you are working with a lot of plots/curves,
and change a data file with duplication of all dependents, sometimes an update
will come in the middle and then kst freezes as well. Pausing updates before
calling the tool solves the problem, which happens only with very large
sessions (tens of curves). I don't know whether the problem comes from kst or
only the datasource, though...
