[Kst] [PATCH] new view object painting code

Here is a patch that applies the branch into trunk.  Only known issues with 
painting:
1) This patch seems to cause some minor regressions in auto-resizing of labels 
and/or transparent labels.
2) Arrow drawing is still not fixed.
3) Clipping of X/Y guidelines does not work.

This patch does not implement the code that keeps children of Kst2DPlot 
relative to the plot region.  It also does not address all of the cases where 
Kst2DPlot paints when it shouldn't.  (Note: this is the cause of #3, but was 
fixed for the datamode bug case.)
