The only problem with Available/Selected lists here is space (it will make the dialog even wider, and it is already pretty wide)...  Otherwise, it could work pretty well (certainly nicer than what is there now).  If we can keep the dialog within 800x600, I think this is the way to go.  We need to keep the search box etc though.
