[Kst] [Bug 121068] Arrow view objects not always clipped correctly

This patch does a great job with the drawing!  

BUT: the clickable region is not drawn region.  ie: Make an arrow with line 
width 20... try to select it with the mouse...  You only can if you click 
right in the middle of the line.  Anywhere on the line should work.
