[Kst] [PATCH] fix deadlock and races in change number of points

The change number of points dialog has a race condition, a deadlock, and other 
minor issues that needed cleanup.  This patch fixes all of those by delaying 
docChanged to avoid re-entering the dialog, blocking signals when they're 
related to our own changes, and using proper iterators.  This is a major 
issue affecting deployments.
