[Kst] [Bug 121068] Arrow view objects not always clipped correctly

Something is completely borking the whitspace on this patch for me, so I can't 
try it.  Andrew, can you send me a diff as an attachment, rather than inline?

If the only problem with this patch is that the reported width is wrong (ie, 
it write outside...) then I am happy to use this patch for now, and fix after 
1.2.0. (though I would like to test it first).
