[Kst] kst not working on suse 10.1

Hi,

I am trying to use kst for plotting data on a DELL
Inspiron 8200 with OpenSuse 10.1. However, even the
first example of the tutorial is not working. What I
get is a blank plot window and a bunch of errors in
the terminal.

Any idea what migh be wrong?
