SVN commit 528439 by staikos:

two patches that I'm stuck committing together:

1) remove KstPoint and make the two functions namespaced (KstCurvePointSymbol)
2) merge back the DataWizard patch by Andrew, with a few bugs fixed and a few
bugs added (UI related)

We decided not to keep the x/y selected label.
