SVN commit 463227 by amantia:

Fix compile (gcc 4.0.2, KDE 3.5).
The remaining issues I cannot solve now. They are related to unexported symbols from classes that are generated fro ui and ui.h files, like:
../kst/kst/.libs/libkstapp.so: undefined reference to `typeinfo for KstMatrixDialog'

and
../kst/kst/.libs/libkstapp.so: undefined reference to `KstDataRange::KstDataRange(QWidget*, char const*, unsigned int)'
