[Kst] Time interpretation

I have data files where time is represented as hhmmss.ms (e.g.
123548.450 represents 12h35min48s and 450 ms). Is there a way I can have
them interpreted as time ? My trials were not very convincing, but it
seems there are quite a few options already so that it may be possible
already (or easy to add)... Especially the display options of the form
hh:mm:ss.ss would be very nice, but the jumps at 59 s/min would need to
be avoided.
