  Ok I'm taking a more aggressive approach and it will be fixed shortly.  
Automake is a nightmare!!!  Basically I have to add most of the dependencies 
into our makefile manually.  Unsermake is able to figure them out but 
automake is not.  My next commit will definitely fix it.
