[Kst] KstImage limitations for healpix plotting

Nov 1 would be when new features have to be started and at least someone in 
SVN.  I don't think it's realistic that we'll have trunk ready for 1.2 
anywhere near the 1st now though.  Too many things need to be fixed and 
finished.
