[Kst] Clipped lines and arrows

In SVN, line and arrow ends are being clipped.  At least one reason is that 
the calculations assume that lines are infinitely thin, so they always fit 
within the bounding box.  In reality they are not, so the ends get clipped by 
the bounding box.  One option is to make the bounding box larger than the 
line so that the entire line fits inside.  It would not go to the corners of 
the box.  Anyone have a different idea to solve this problem, or comments?
