  Ok great.  I came to the same conclusion in the end, which is the way it is 
now.  Just wanted to ping it off you guys to confirm.  So time inputs work 
~well, but there is a timezone bug still lurking, and only piolib supports it 
properly in any case.  Once the timezone bug is caught, I'll package a DR 
tarball and we can start into the view objects work.
