[Kst] Time selector behavior

   Does anyone have preferences for how the time selector acts when the units 
are changed?  I originally had planned to convert the number to match.  For 
instance, if it was set to 1 hour and the selector is changed to seconds, it 
would change the value to 3600.  However, this breaks the case where the user 
types in the number and then sets the units.  Which is preferred?
