Merge changes from hpic-0.52 that include more robust detection and reading of FITS files containing "chunks" of a full-sphere map.  This format is used in some WMAP maps and others posted around the web.  Also modify the ang->pix conversion routines to do a straight conversion at the specified nside, rather than converting at the highest nside and degrading.  Display speed is more important than consistent round off error in this case.
