Hi, perhaps you already know this issue, but anyway I report it here. If the format file of a blast dir changes during a kst session it is not detected. After closing one or more plots and reopening the blast dir the previous format file is again used which is not the same as the one on disk. Only a complete restart of kst helps. Taco
