SVN commit 477791 by tskisner:

Always save kst file parameters in the currently selected coordinate system.  Change internal numbering of the coordinate systems so that current kst files will be compatible with the future inclusion of other coordinate systems.  Move all necessary hacks to config widget save/load functions.
