SVN commit 420007 by rchern:

Transformed top and right axes via expressions:
- expression in terms of X for top axis
- expression in terms of Y for right axis
- major tick marks are the same for opposing axes as this makes sense with grid lines

Base and offset mode for top and right axis still to be done
Tick label positions still need to be fine tuned for when tick marks are outside plot
