[Kst] Border supression

A couple comments:

-With the border and label surpressed, the tick marks should still be drawn 
according to the tick marks settings.

-The tick mark settings could be 2 checkboxes rather than a 3 way radio, so 
one could turn off both.

-Don't draw the bottom line horizontal line if the bottom border is 
surpressed, but do draw the top line if the top border is surpressed.

-The top and bottom Y axes sometimes get clipped if the borders are 
surpressed.  They should not be drawn if they are too high/low.

-The same set of options should exist for the left/right axes.
