[Kst] Packaging

I'm still in the process of packaging 1.1.0.  The svn packaging script doesn't 
work so well so I need to debug it.  I have branched (which took hours to do 
sanely) but I have to make the packages out of HEAD, so it's still frozen.  
If all goes well, it will be done before the end of today.

I'll send another update when I have one.
