  That's a crash in the memory allocator.  A stack trace would help debug it, 
but it might also help to see the source to your plugin and/or your entire 
setup.  Can you file a bug report at http://bugs.kde.org/ and attach the 
relevant information please?  (Including files of reasonable size)
