[Kst] Tutorial - now in DocBook

Hi.
I've just finished converting the online tutorial to DocBook, so that it can 
be distributed with Kst. The docbook file and required images are attached. 
Some questions:

1. Did we decide to merge the tutorial into the main handbook, or keep it 
separate? If the former, then I'll have to do some more work towards it. If 
the latter, then I'm not sure how to integrate it into the build system 
properly.

2. Barth wrote the original, so I added him to the copyright, but perhaps his 
copyright is owned by his employer?
