[Kst] Copy/Paste behavior

The only problem with this is that it doesn't allow for simple dragging and
dropping of several selected plots, or a plot group. Not that this is simple
using the graphics export code either. The only simple things to do are a
single plot or the entire window.

There are two reasons I like using the back buffer rather than the graphics
export code:
-It gives a clean rule about how large the plot should be - as big as it is.
-The delay will always be short, independent of how many points are in the
vector, etc.
