I'll provide details ASAP but it will take some time with so many documents to write.  Meanwhile if you want to have discussions about design and about every feature inside bugzilla, you'll need to add kst kde org as a cc: when you reassign.  I use the email interface for bugzilla primarily and I (as well as others) won't be seeing the conversation.
