This reminds me of a "problem" that we had left more or less open at the
time George implemented the customizable ASCII datasource: that of
units. Maybe the right approach would be to add a virtual function to
kstdatasource that queries units in case the datasource supports it ?
Then the next question will be how units are stored (vector property ?)
and used (unit conversions shortcuts, ...).
