Matrix reworking should be done.  KstDataSource has been modified to support matrices from data sources.  AsciiSource has been modified with test functions to support matrices in ASCII files.  KstMatrix, KstRMatrix, KstSMatrix, and KstAMatrix classes have been implemented and appropriate changes to the rest of Kst to work with the new classes have been made.  

Waiting on changes to Kst2DPlot so that the Image reworking can be done.
