[Kst] Crash workaround

If you experience crashes with the code in HEAD, please set the environment 
variable KDE_MALLOC=0 before running Kst.  There appears to be a problem with 
malloc and older KDE versions.  I am able to easily reproduce this on RedHat 
9 with piolib and skip enabled.  It's possible that this affects other areas 
too.  The most common symptom is an exit with SIGALARM.
