[Kst] Proposed Plot Dialog re-work

Attached is a proposed new format for the plot dialog:

Content:
Appearance:
 Foreground Background colors
 Label settings
 Legend settings
Axes:
 Log
 Base/offset mode
 Number rotation
 Tick spacing
 Axes Interpretation
 Grid settings
Range:
 Range/Scale modes
Markers:

The biggest one is now Appearance, but it is smaller than the old Axes box.
We lost the 'sample label' boxes.  

Thoughts?
