[Kst] Beta2

I haven't received much feedback about Beta1, but I think all the issues that 
will be fixed for Beta2 are now fixed so I am planning to release it tomorrow 
if I don't get any more feedback.  I'll give the weekend for any last 
comments or testing and then release 1.1.0 early next week if everything is 
OK.  Please do give beta2 a solid test.
