I did try it (you dared me!), and it crashes kst:
kst: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/kde3/kstextension_js.so: undefined
symbol: _ZNK3KJS10Identifier7qstringEv

Clearly there is a problem with my js extension.  Note: I'm using the
internal kjsembed as this is KDE3.3.
