[Kst] Kst webpage

The new (and improved?) kst webpage is now online at:
http://extragear.kde.org/apps/kst/newindex.html

When it's ready for primetime, it'll be moved to:
http://extragear.kde.org/apps/kst/

Please comment on anything you want added or changed.  Specificaly
additions to the help and features pages.  And if you have any good
screenshots (or just .kst files to generate them), I'd be grateful.
They should all be the same size, and probably all in the same (default
KDE?) theme.  

As soon as there is a kst page on wiki.kde.org, I'll link to that too.
