[Kst] kst build problems.

I currently can't build kst from the cvs on a Mandrake (10) system
(although it works fine on FC2 and RH9).  Here's the problem:

/usr/lib/qt3//bin/uic -L /usr/lib/kde3/plugins/designer -nounload -o
eventmonitor.h ./eventmonitor.ui
/usr/lib/qt3//bin/uic -L /usr/lib/kde3/plugins/designer -nounload -o
debugdialog.h ./debugdialog.ui
/usr/lib/qt3//bin/uic -L /usr/lib/kde3/plugins/designer -nounload -o
datawizard.h ./datawizard.ui
uic: File generated with too recent version of Qt Designer (3.3 vs.
3.2.3)
make[4]: *** [datawizard.h] Error 1

for reference:
$ kst --version
Qt: 3.2.3
KDE: 3.2 BRANCH >= 20040204
Kst: 1.0.0_devel

I find this extra odd since RH9 works and has Qt: 3.1.1.
