[Kst] String Freeze

We need to initiate a string freeze in Kst soon (at least a solid week before 
1.0 release) so that the translators can prepare their messages for release.  
We do ship them, so these guys should have a right to make sure they are 
prepared too.  I have a few more strings to add but I think I can have them 
in this week.  Should we target, perhaps Friday for string freeze?
