Hi Marc-Antoine,

I've added the ability to interpret AIT time. Let me know if there are any 
problems with it.

With the x-axis base time label, the .kst file gives the justification as 0,
where it should be 3. I have already changed the code to override any value
it gets from the .kst file, so this should work correctly now, but you might
want to change the perl code. This value was originally 0, but Barth made
some changes to the way that the base value was display, hence the change.
