[Kst] [Bug 91822] Extend DISPLAY Format for time

Hello
OK I get it now. I did not realise that the range is adapted
to the data. Very nice !
On the other hand the tick values are not always "round numbers"
(I saw that this morning on data with the time axis in hours).
Could it be forced to display round numbers ?

I'm not sure if you're using the latest Kst changes, but it currently displays the base value in the slected format, with the offset given in days, hours, minutes, or seconds (depending on the range of data). What did you want changed or extended?
