[Kst] Y axis label runs into Y axis ticks

The exported plot does not look like the on-screen plot?  Ack!  Sounds like a 
bug :-)

We will be having another release soon.  So if you can submit the bug 
(help->reportBug) we will make sure it is fixed in the next release.
