[Kst] [PATCH] change scanning of vectors and scalars

This 1 line diff changes the scanning of vectors and scalars to accept weird 
characters.  I personally don't like this patch, but we need to put it in for 
now because we generate such broken tag names.  In 1.0.1 I would like to 
revert this and ban these characters in tagnames.  Testcases are in CVS.  Is 
this safe for 1.0?

(Note: the regexp now says that the vector tag has to consist of [ followed by 
at least one (or more) character(s) that is(are) not [ or ], followed by ].)
