[Kst] [PATCH] kst data source future compatibility

I didn't have the time to make an efficient implementation of skip for 1.0, 
but I would like to reserve the virtual function for it.  Do you think this 
is a good approach for implementing skip efficiently where the datasource 
needs to be able to do the skip internally?

I won't mark kstdatasource.h as safe for 1.0 until we have a decision one way 
or another on this.  Saying "yes" without thinking it through results in a 
wasted virtual function and confusing interface.  Saying no means we have to 
use the ugly virtual_hook for sure.
