[Kst] [PATCH] Make plugins faster

This patch makes plugins (not the ones called from equations, they already 
have this fix) faster by not reallocating and freeing the arguments 
unnecessarily.  It is of most use when plugins are called often.  We tested 
on two machines here, and the effect wasn't huge, but that could be because 
we had only one plugin running and lots of data and network traffic (remote 
X).  It's hard to measure this anyway.  Should this go into CVS now?
