[Kst] Sorry

I had a quick trigger finger and accidentally committed that last fix to 
remove those i18n()s.  The translation team has actually pointed out that 
there are some i18n problems in Kst too, so there may be more needed fixes.  
Anyway, the patch was large, but if anyone objects to this change please tell 
me.  It moved the operators from the .ui file into the .cpp file so that they 
don't go through tr2i18n().
