  Good catch!  I can't believe I missed those!

   There is another deadlock possibility in KstDoc which I have a patch for, 
but I need to make another change before I can commit it.  It's in the file 
i/o code.  Basically there are many cases where in order to iterate through a 
list of objects, we will need to make copies of the list first, then do the 
iteration.  This avoids deadlocks involving the list and an object inside the 
list.
