[Kst] bugs/wishes: bugzilla or mailing-list ?

Hi everybody,

I've downloaded the latest kdeextragear-2 snapshot to test the current kst, 
and I must say I was quite impressed by the progress made since version 
0.97 !

There are however still a couple of things that could be improved ;-) and I 
was wondering whether I should post wishes and bug reports directly to the 
list or rather make an entry in the bugzilla system ?
