[Kst] [Bug 75541] create vector column 0

Hmmm....  I think the readdata/frame file data source does not return a 
completion list.  This data-source is not currently used by anyone, but....

Perhaps we can ask the data source if its completion list is complete, if so, 
non-editable, if not, editable?
